Here at The Feisty Cow, we make Italian style Gelato and sorbets.
All of our products are made on the family farm in Much Hoole with milk and cream from our own herd of cattle. We have been milking cows here for over 50 years, and producing Gelato for around the last 10.
When we started out, we took a trip to the Carpigiani school in Bologna to learn the basics of making traditional Italian Gelato from the masters, and since then we have been developing our own style and flavours.
Gelato is a low fat icecream, made with high quality ingredients. We like to keep things this way - using a minimal amount of the highest quality ingredients we can find to create our products.
